» Operation method

Step 1: Fasten the wristband to the left wrist joint and ensure there is about 1cm space between the wrist and wristband. The facade of machine is close to the inner side of wrist

Step 2：Sit up straight, and stretch forward your left arm and then bend your arm in a V-Shape to ensure the blood pressure monitor and heart are the same height.

Step 3: Before the measurement, turn on the power switch on the left side of the machine, and then keep sitting up straight and relaxing the shoulders and arms. Pressure down the ON/OFF button. And then the blood pressure monitor will start to measure automatically
